How to participate
Make sure that your Email address is registered as participant, otherwise, subscribe first
First, the specific Email address from which you will send the message should be registered as participant of the electronic conference. Remember, the software that administers this conference does not identifies you as a person, it only recognizes your Email address.
If the Email address from which you will send the message is not registered you have to inscribe it by sending a message form this same address to:
The message must contain EXCLUSIVELY the following text in its body:

Once you receive a confirmation that your address has been registered, you can start to send messages to the conference. Follow the instructions indicated below.
If your Email address is already registered as participant of the conference
If you have more than one Email account, make sure you are sending the message from the registered account
Once the conference has started, you have to send your messages to the following address in order to participate:
Avoid sending attachments since: a) you are under risk of spread viruses, y b) it might the case that some participants do not have the software you use and therefore they cannot read the message.
How do I know that my message has been received and distributed to the conference?
Depending on the time of the day, it might be the case that your message takes several hours to: a) reach the server, and b) be distributed to each Email in the list of registered participants.
Once your message has been received, you will get a copy of the message just as any other person in the list. If you have not received a copy of your message within 8 hours, contact us to:
